Coach Josh is husband to Nikki since 2009. They have two boys ages 12 and 6 that both play soccer.

Josh first got into soccer due to his oldest son wanting to play. He is from Trussville, AL and graduated from Hewitt-Trussville High School in 2005. He is a UAB graduate with a degree in Business. He has earned Grassroots certifications and is near completion of the USSF D License.

In his free time he enjoy Nascar, attending Birmingham Legion FC games, and spending time with family.
